Magnificent Magnolia

Welcome to the next episode of FUN TIMES WITH SHELLEY. On todays episode, I have one word for you: Pinafore.

I had never heard that word before. No wait, someone had mentioned that word when I made the rainbow dress. I wasn't sure what it meant then, but I do now.

It's like a cute little jumper that goes over another shirt or dress.

In this case, I paired this with the Gardenia from yesterday! They are a match made in heaven!

The new Magnolia from Sunflower Seams is a darling pinafore with a circle skirt that comes in dress and vintage length. It also comes in Baby and Child sizes, and multiple bundle combinations.

Yes, you can count on that amazing twirl factor....ESPECIALLY with that double circle skirt from Gardenia underneath!

The back cross straps are a super adorable detail - the pattern has instructions for attaching them with buttons, but I will probably always use snaps.

The fabric I used for this pinafore is from Oh So Pretty Custom Fabric.

Those sweet smiles?? Brought to you by none other than.....the fart app.

Oh yes. Those are totally fart noise smiles.

Can you tell??

Ahhhh to be young and think farts are funny. Oh wait. They are. Hehe Tune in tomorrow for another weird....I mean fun...episode of FUN TIMES WITH SHELLEY!

Happy Sewing!

-Shelley
