Sweet Violet, and Something for Boys!

Here we go...yes, I've been busy.

But I'm so in love with everything from the new spring collection from Sunflower Seams.

Today we're going to look at two more patterns!

You might be wondering, "is the dress two parts? Are there little shorts or something?"

The answer is....nope.

This dress is the Violet dress, and is absolutely adorable!

It comes in girls and baby sizes, as well as a bundle.

Let's talk about some options!

That sweet vintage bib is optional, and can be omitted for a simple bodice look. Also, the ruffle trim is optional as well!

Those sleeves!!! I love puffy sleeves!! This dress can be sleeveless, short, 3/4, or long puff sleeves....so many options for all year wearing!

That skirt!! I adore tiered skirts SO much! But of course...options!

There is a tiered skirt, simple skirt, and the baby pattern even comes with a BUBBLE ROMPER!!!!

So so sweet!

The fabric for this project comes from Joann.

Of course....it required a sweet floral halo!!

I'm really proud of her, she's come a long way as far as keeping accessories on her head!!

And now for the moment we make a spin in the opposite direction...

...to this sweet little boy pattern!

Don't be like me, guys. Look....the internet loves little girls in cute dresses. Put a hat on her, and she'll steal the show EVERY TIME.

I had no idea mr boy would do SO WELL grabbing a few pictures between the rain bursts! His new name is Mr Handsome Face.

Mr. Handsome Face is modeling the tie pattern from Sunflower Seams, Thistle. It comes in a size range from little kid up to adults!

Mr HF is matching his little sister this time.
