I know witches are supposed to be scary, but this one is way too cute to be spooky!
This is my third and final Halloween costume for this little one.
Again I used the Arrowwood, but with the back corset option and the twists.
The long sleeve bell option and the skirt ruffles just add so much sweetness.
She is such a cutie little witch.
